Glenview is a suburb located in Cook County, Illinois it's about fifteen miles northwest of the Chicago Loop, and roughly four miles from the City of Chicago's far northwest side. Glenview, along with nearby suburbs Mount Prospect, Park Ridge, Des Plaines, Niles and Morton Grove make up the major outskirt suburbs surrounding the chicago's Northwest Side. As of the 2010 United States Census, Glenview's population was 44,692. The current population is estimated to be just about 47,475. The current President of Glenview is Jim Patterson.
